8 Inch Chefs Knife With Leather Sheath

This 8 inch chef’s knife is made from AEB-L stainless steel. The overall length is 13 inch’s and has been hand sanded to a satin 600 grit finish. The razor sharp blade effortlessly glides through ingredients, from delicate herbs to meats.

The handle is made from stabilized green maple burl with black G10 pins. The handle has been distal tapered to the bolster providing comfort during prolonged use in the kitchen.  This knife includes a hand made leather sheath along with a lifetime warranty and free sharpening.
