3 Inch Parring knife

This 3 inch parring knife is made from AEB-L stainless steel. The overall length is 7 inches. The blade has been hand sanded to a satin 600 grit finish. The blade's hollow ground edge allows for easy slicing through various ingredients, ranging from delicate herbs, vegetable's and fruits. 

The handle is made from stabilized blue BC maple with a dark navy sparkly epoxy with black G10 pins. This blade includes a lifetime warranty and free sharpening.
